  • Do you have a satisfaction guarantee statement ?
    • Yes we do. If you find you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to Gianna Rose Atelier within 30 days for a full refund on the cost of the merchandise less shipping and handling. Include the completed return form (enclosed with your shipment) with the items to be returned to the address below:

  • Are any of your products or their ingredients tested on animals?
    • We do not test any of our products or the ingredients in them on animals.
  • Do any of your products contain animal ingredients?
    • All of our soaps are vegetable-based. Our Royal Jelly Guest Soap contains “royal jelly”, which is a honeybee secretion. Please see the “ingredients” tab of the individual product for a full listing of ingredients.
  • How long do products last (shelf life)?
    • All of our products must meet the FDA requirement for a two-year shelf life. However, if you ever are dissatisfied with your purchase, just return the unused portion to the place of purchase for a refund or exchange.
  • I am having an allergic reaction to your product.
    • Please stop using the item and return it to us for a refund.
  • What does triple milled ( or French milled) soap mean?
    • Triple-milled refers to the production process that pushes the glycerin by-product back into the soap to make it gentle and mild. The three passes through the milling process also press fragrance in while squeezing water and air out. The result is a dense, long-lasting bar with fragrance that lasts to the final sliver.

Ordering Information

  • Can I track my package shipment?
    • You will receive an e-mail directly from UPS/Surepost with a shipment tracking number and an expected date of delivery. This e-mail is sent on the day the order is shipped (which is typically one to two days after your order was placed on-line (Please keep this in mind when requesting Expedited delivery).   • When should I receive my order?
    • Your order typically ships within 48 hours of our receipt of your order (note we do not ship on Saturday and Sunday). Depending on your location and the type of delivery service you select, your order typically arrives in 3 to 8 days. See Shipping Chart. Occasionally, an item may be temporarily sold out. You will be notified by e-mail if there is an anticipated extended delay in the processing and shipping of your order.

      *If your order contains an item that is temporarily sold out, you will be charged shipping & handling for the entire order at time of initial shipment. No additional shipping charges will be incurred.

Gift Services

  • Is gift wrapping available?
    • Yes. Gift wrapping is available on most most Gianna Rose items. There is a charge of $2.50 for items to be expertly wrapped. All gifts are wrapped in cream paper with a ribbon. Gift messages are available and are complimentary.
  • What gift suggestions can you offer?

Returns & Exchanges

  • How do I make a return if I am not satisfied for some reason ?
    • Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. We hope you love what you purchased, but if you don’t please return it to place of purchase within 30 days for a prompt exchange or return.

      If you purchased directly from Gianna Rose Atelier via our website or catalog, please return the item to us by a traceable means and request an exchange or refund.
