Gift Suggestions

• Gianna Rose Atelier products make wonderful gifts for special occasions, men, women and children. Many items come packaged in gift sets with attractive gold bows, and gift-wrap is also available. To find the perfect gift for any occasion, please visit our Gift Finder.

Gift Messages

• When you fill out your online order form, you will have the option of creating a gift message to be sent on a Caswell-Massey gift enclosure card. This is a complimentary service.

Gift Wrap

• Gift wrap is available on most Gianna Rose Atelier items. Gift wrap is not availablebon, or on certain oversized items. Our gift wrap service is $4.95 per item. When multiple items are ordered, color-coded stickers will help you identify each gift-wrapped item.

Tracking Your Gift Shipment

• You will receive an e-mail from UPS with a tracking number and an anticipated date of delivery for your gift. (Provided an accurate e-mail address is provided during the on-line checkout process.)

Gift Receipts

• The Gift recipient will receive a packing list which will not show any prices. A copy of the packing list will be sent to the gift sender for your records.

Catalog

• A Gianna Rose Atelier catalog is sent with all orders.

Gift Returns & Exchanges (Web and Catalog Orders)

• If a gift recipient finds they are not satisfied with their gift, they may return it within 30 days to Gianna Rose Atelier for an exchange.
• An exchange form and instructions are included with each order.
• No refunds will be given for gift orders.
