If you make use of any of our photographs in any medium (including print, on-line or CD-ROM catalogs or advertisements, and point-of-sale materials), you will be deemed to have accepted a non-exclusive, royalty free license from us to use these photos.
Your use of our photos is only in connection with the sale of our products by you.
You will properly use our trademarks when using our photos (including using any trademark ownership notices we may reasonably request).

You will not modify our photos in any way (including not combining our photos with other photos or artwork), without our written approval.
