At what retail stores can I find Gianna Rose Atelier products?

GIANNA ROSE ATELIER products are offered at approximately 3000 finer retail stores in the U.S., Canada, and Internationally. Please see the section entitled Retail Store Locator to view selected Gianna Rose Atelier retailers in major metropolitan and suburban areas.
 

Is shopping online at giannarose.com secure?

Yes, online shopping at GIANNA ROSE ATELIER is both secure and private. GIANNA ROSE ATELIER has implemented stringent security procedures to ensure that your information is protected. If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or higher, Netscape 2.0 or higher, America Online 3.0 or higher, or Mozilla Firefox, all information that you provide will be automatically encrypted for security. In addition, GIANNA ROSE ATELIER has a strict policy of keeping customer information confidential. Your information will NOT be provided to any outside agencies.
 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. Items will not be charged to your credit card account until shipped.
 

What shipping options are available?

Your order will arrive within approximately 5 business days from receipt by us, depending upon your geographical location. For an additional fee you may select next day or two day delivery. Next day or two day priority shipment orders received by us prior to 12:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays), will be shipped that same day. If a product is out-of-stock, you will be notified. Items will not be charged to your credit card account until shipped.
Sorry, at this time we are unable to ship retail orders outside the US.
 

Can I ship to more than one address?

Yes, to help simplify your shopping for gifts you may ship to three separate addresses, in addition to your own address. If you want to ship to more than three additional addresses you should place another order.
 

How do I check the delivery status of my order?
To check order status or make changes to an order, please contact our Customer Service Center Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM Pacific Time, excluding Holidays, at 1.888.544.2662 or 1.714.435.9880. Please have your order number available for order lookup.
 

What is your return policy?

We are confident you'll be extremely happy with everything you have purchased at GiannaRose.com. If you are not completely satisfied you may return the item within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 1.888.544.2662 or 1.714.435.9880 for a Return Approval Number. A credit will be issued to your credit card for the purchase price promptly after receipt of returned merchandise. If you received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service Center within three days for a replacement item (shipped at no charge).
 

Do you offer gift wrap for online retail orders?

Yes, gift wrap is available for $4.95 per item and includes a gift card for each shipping address that a gift-wrapped item is being sent to. You will be offered the option of adding gift wrap to individual items when viewing items in your Shopping Bag.
